About Antidote

Antidote is my love letter to women. I built this because I believe, with every ounce of my being, that women are the most powerful forces on this planet. We carry history in our bones, resilience in our blood, and an unstoppable fire in our souls. But for too long, we’ve been told to shrink, to be quiet, to accept less. That ends here.

I created Antidote to give women the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take back their health and their lives. This is about more than just fixing symptoms—it’s about thriving in a body that feels like home, breaking generational patterns that hold us back, and stepping into the fullest, most vibrant version of ourselves.

Antidote is where science meets intuition, where health is about empowerment, and where healing goes beyond the physical. I combine clinical herbalism, nutrition, and functional health with deep pattern reading, intuition, and an understanding of how trauma, stress, and subconscious conditioning impact the body. Because healing isn’t just about what we eat—it’s about how we live, how we think, and how we show up in the world.

I want every woman to know how wildly capable she is. I want her to wake up every day feeling strong, clear, and fully alive. I want her to enjoy the absolute hell out of her life. That’s what Antidote is here for.

About Lara Holland

For most of my life, I was searching for answers. I was passed from doctor to doctor, told my symptoms were in my head, or that there was nothing to be done. Living with multiple autoimmune diseases and a connective tissue disorder, I had to learn to advocate for myself. I spent years sifting through research, trial and error, and sheer determination to figure out what my body needed to thrive. This was before we had access to the wealth of information we do now, and it often felt like I was navigating blind.

Through this process, I discovered that so many things I thought were just part of who I was—the mood swings, anxiety, brain fog, exhaustion—were actually symptoms of food intolerances, hormone imbalances, and chronic stress. The deeper I went, the more I learned how my body worked, and the more control I gained over my own health. I’ve been able to keep my conditions in remission for the most part, but healing isn’t linear—I still manage them daily. And I know firsthand how overwhelming, frustrating, and lonely that journey can be.

I don’t want other women to have to go through what I did—or at the very least, I want to make it easier for them. That’s why I do this work. I went back to school to study clinical herbalism and nutrition, specializing in hormones and mood disorders, because I knew there had to be a better way to help women navigate their health. But my work isn’t just science—it’s personal, it’s intuitive, and it’s deeply rooted in the patterns that shape our bodies and lives.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or band-aid solutions. I believe in understanding your body so well that you can work with it, not against it. I believe in making health simple, clear, and actionable so that you feel empowered—not overwhelmed. And most of all, I believe that healing isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about reclaiming yourself, your energy, and your joy. That’s what I’m here to help you do.
